As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you will build your own pipeline, pursue new business, and close customized insurance solutions. Allstate seeks a self-motivated sales professional with consultative selling experience, insurance industry knowledge, and a valid license. The role focuses on outbound sales activity, client needs, and community networking. Paid training, licensing, and continuous coaching support the work, alongside marketing resources.

• Build and manage a personal pipeline through prospecting
• Conduct cold outreach and generate new business
• Identify client needs and create customized insurance solutions
• Close sales protecting clients’ important belongings
• Attend community events and network with prospects

• Minimum five years of consultative sales experience
• Valid OTL, RIBO, or comparable insurance license
• Prior insurance industry experience
• Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
• Passion for prospecting and winning new business
