Managed Print Services Client Manager

The Client Delivery Manager oversees assigned accounts and their output environments. This position manages contractual obligations, eligible revenue, margin objectives, and client relationships. It also coordinates sales, service, and subject matter experts while developing solutions aligned with customer priorities and business needs.

• Manage assigned customer output environments and operations
• Build strategic account plans with Sales teams
• Develop trusted relationships with senior operational and C-level contacts
• Identify incremental revenue and professional services opportunities
• Coordinate Konica Minolta resources around client strategies

• Six years business operations experience in an IT-related field
• University degree or six years relevant work experience
• Experience engaging senior executives and geographically dispersed teams
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and procedural skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Power Point
