Brandt Sales Strategy Manager

This Sales Manager leads territory plans, product programs, and sales personnel development. The work combines budgeting, forecasting, customer relationships, partner development, pricing analysis, and brand management. You will collaborate with Marketing, executives, Branch Managers, Human Resources, Parts, Service, Credit Services, and Operations.

• Create sales strategies, quotas, budgets, forecasts, and market plans
• Develop territory sales programs and coordinate product launches
• Manage, train, evaluate, and develop sales personnel
• Build customer, partner, and internal team relationships
• Analyze pricing, inventory, markets, and sales performance

• Seven or more years of direct sales experience
• Three to five years in sales management
• Relationship-building ability with customers and business partners
• Confidence with financial transactions, budgeting, and forecasting
• Availability to travel as required
