Represent Good Life Fitness at Bedford Hemlock Square by touring the club, building rapport, and recommending services for new members.
This full-time Fitness Advisor position focuses on recruiting potential members and understanding their specific health and fitness goals. You will explain how Good Life can support those goals, create new member success plans, and maintain relationships through regular follow-up. Sales experience and resilience are required.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and work with new members
- Understand members' specific health and fitness goals
- Recommend appropriate Good Life service offerings
- Tour potential members around Bedford Hemlock Square
- Follow up consistently to build member relationships
- Sales experience
- Strong self-motivation in a sales environment
- Resilience and excellent time management
- Ability to build rapport with diverse people
