Lead corporate partnership sales at Metrolinx, using negotiation and stakeholder management to grow strategic opportunities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe.
This 14-month contract manages the Non-Fare Sales Office partnership pipeline and sales-cycle KPIs. You will develop sales strategies, partnership frameworks, and recommendations aligned with Metrolinx values and policies. The role combines sales leadership with individual contribution, including prospect qualification, proposals, negotiations, and agreement closing.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead outreach, pitches, presentations, and strategic partner acquisition
- Manage approximately $12M+ annual budgeted partnership revenue
- Develop sales strategies, targets, KPIs, and risk mitigation recommendations
- Recruit, coach, and manage the deal-closing sales team
- Build stakeholder relationships across Metrolinx and external organizations
- Degree in Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated sales management experience and relevant training
- Strong analytical, negotiation, networking, and influencing skills
- Experience with vendor management and externally provided services
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
