Armour Soldier: Field & Deploy

Experience the thrill of service as an Armour Soldier with the Canadian Army, focusing on armoured fighting vehicles and tactical operations. Contribute to critical missions locally and abroad.

As an Armour Soldier, you'll join the Combat Arms team, learning to drive and operate tanks and LAV 6 vehicles. Comprehensive training includes physical conditioning, reconnaissance skills, and weapons expertise. You will play a key role in battlefield communications and intelligence gathering to aid in effective combat strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain armoured fighting vehicles

• Load and fire the AFV’s main gun

• Handle communications and surveillance equipment

• Relay intelligence on enemy movements

• Execute direct firing operations

Requirements:

• Completion of provincial Grade 10 or equivalent

• No prior experience necessary

• Ability to fulfill CAF physical fitness requirements

• Willing to relocate if pursuing Regular Force

• Part-time positions available in Primary Reserve
