Become a pivotal Client Service Manager at Paladin Security in the Central Zone. This role focuses on building relationships, staff evaluations, and ensuring compliance with client standards.
As the Client Service Manager, you will oversee operations within NSHA Central Zone, requiring travel across the region. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring staff training, and upholding high service standards. You’ll be responsible for conducting evaluations and leading motivational discussions while maintaining comprehensive site orders and security evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with Branch Manager and clients
• Ensure staff training meets all standards
• Perform staff evaluations and provide feedback
• Maintain updates on Site Orders and security needs
• Communicate operational issues to supervisory staff
Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Post-secondary education in law enforcement preferred
• First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification
• Valid Class 5 License essential
• Commitment to diversity and respect
