Event Security Manager

Position: Event Security Manager Needed
Join Paladin Security as a Temporary Event Security Manager this June. Play a key role in supervising event safety and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.

This position involves managing the site on a day-to-day basis while acting as a direct supervisor for security personnel. You will address any emergencies and oversee the adherence to all Paladin policies. Your leadership will ensure that the team remains informed and compliant with all operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise event security staff and operations

• Oversee day-to-day management of the security site

• Respond to emergencies and command the situation

• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations

• Address disciplinary issues and maintain safety training

Requirements:

• Must possess a High School Diploma/GED

• Previous management or supervisory experience

• Intermediate First Aid & CPR - Level C certification

• Strong ability to work outdoors in changing weather

• Commitment to varied shift work, including weekends
