Event Supervisor

Position: Paladin Security Event Supervisor Opening
Join Paladin Security as a Temporary Event Security Supervisor this June. Lead your team and ensure a safe environment at various events throughout the month.

This role requires a proactive supervisor committed to maintaining high security standards. You'll ensure employee adherence to safety protocols and effective site operations while managing any emergencies. Successful completion of this contract may unlock permanent opportunities within Paladin Security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide employees in operating by Paladin’s policies

• Ensure knowledge retention of site operations among staff

• Address attendance issues and manage employee coverage

• Respond decisively to any emergency situations

• Complete disciplinary documentation and meetings as needed

Requirements:

• Prior supervisory experience is essential

• Ability to stand for long durations required

• Hold Standard/Intermediate First Aid & CPR Level C certification

• Capable of obtaining a provincial Security License

• High School Diploma or GED is a prerequisite
