Take on the role of Constable, serving as the key contact for security and policing needs in a 24/7 environment. This includes managing emergencies during irregular schedules.
You will forge partnerships with various levels of government and local enterprises, enhancing community safety. Your key roles will encompass criminal investigations and traffic management while ensuring compliance with safety laws. The position includes frequent travel across a broad area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build partnerships with municipal, provincial, and federal officials
• Identify and manage high-risk locations effectively
• Conduct investigations into criminal incidents
• Provide public safety presentations and outreach
• Enforce traffic rules and trespassing regulations
Requirements:
• An accredited law enforcement program or equivalent
• Certification in First Aid and CPR, or eligibility
• Must live within 50 km of the job site
• Bilingual in English and French is required
• Strong decision-making abilities and teamwork
