Join Paladin Security as an Operations Client Service Manager in the Central Zone, focusing on optimizing client service delivery and enhancing team performance. This position requires regional travel.
You will be responsible for overseeing the client portfolio within NSHA Central Zone, managing staff training, evaluations, and standards compliance.
Your role ensures that all facilities meet their security needs while maintaining excellent communication with staff and clients. You will manage incident reports and promote a culture of inclusivity and respect throughout your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain relationships with clients and staff managers
• Ensure training programs are thorough and effective
• Evaluate staff competency on site
• Review and maintain Site Orders and security measures
• Liaise with operational supervisors on client needs
Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED essential
• Preferred education in law enforcement or related field
• First Aid and CPR — Level C Certification required
• Valid Class 5 License needed
• Commitment to respect and diversity principles
