Position: Kinross Security Superintendent Role
Elevate security oversight at the Great Bear project with Kinross as the Security Superintendent. This role encompasses site security management and aligning operations with regulatory and project needs.

As the Security Superintendent, you will lead security programs for the Great Bear project in Red Lake, Ontario. Collaborating closely with contractors, camp management, and various departments, you’ll ensure effective security across all operations, from exploration to construction. Your expertise will support key security initiatives and compliance with global standards for safety and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve site security programs continuously

• Develop and implement security standards and protocols

• Oversee access control systems and contractor compliance

• Conduct security audits and reviews regularly

• Lead investigations on security-related incidents

Requirements:

• Degree in Security Management or related field

• 10+ years in industrial security or law enforcement

• Strong knowledge of security systems and protocols

• Experience overseeing contract security services

• Familiarity with crisis management principles
