Security Program Manager - Patient Watch

• Supervise Patrol of Patient Watch security personnel

• Conduct 8-hour training sessions for new staff

• Support guards daily and ensure proper scheduling

• Manage oversight of extra coverage for special events

Requirements:

• Significant experience in security management

• Proven track record in training staff and program oversight

• Strong ability to manage and lead diverse teams

• Knowledge of regulations impacting healthcare security

• High school diploma with relevant post-secondary education
