• Supervise security personnel at Halifax Shipyard

• Perform daily inspections and incident reporting

• Conduct training and compliance checks for new hires

• Oversee daily patrols and parking enforcement

• Manage critical incidents in supervisor's absence

Requirements:

• 5+ years in security or law enforcement

• 3+ years in supervisory roles

• Strong communication and team leadership

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Experience in training implementation preferred
