You will work in an active environment where you may spend most of your shift on your feet. You will conduct patrols, respond to incidents, monitor for potential threats, and take appropriate action when required.

. Whether working ina retail environment, security facility, orother public setting, you will be expected to maintaina professional presence and communicate effectively with customers, employees, visitors, andyour team.

As a
Security Guard
, youwill help maintaina safe andsecure environment by monitoring the site, conducting patrols, controlling access, and responding to security incidents.

• Conduct regular
  foot patrols
  of critical and assigned areas to identify suspicious activityor safety concerns
• Monitor security systems, including
  alarms and cameras
  , and ensure theyare functioning properly
• Verify identification and control access torestricted or secureareas
• Respond promptly toalarms, threats, and security incidents
• Conduct on-site checks following alarmsor reported concerns
• Document incidents, actions taken, and observationsthrough clear and accurate reports
• Exercise
  sound judgment and decisiveness under pressure
• Communicate effectively with team member sand supervisors using
  two-way radiosand other communicationequipment
• Coordinate with
  law enforcement
  during serious incidentsor emergencies
• Maintain a professional and visible security presence at alltimes

• Legally authorized towork in Canada
• Ability to Obtain a Valid Security Guard Licence
• Valid First Aid Certification(required)
• Ability to standand walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to remainalert and makesound decisions duringincidents
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and follow site procedures

• 4 consecutive shifts followed by 4consecutive days off
• 12-hour shifts
• Must be flexible to work
  days, nights, weekends, and holidays
