Loblaw Companies Limited seeks Uniformed Asset Protection Personnel for Atlantic Superstore Joseph Howe. Reporting to the District Asset Protection Manager or Supervisor, you will provide customer support, respond to Asset Protection initiatives, and collaborate with store employees. The work includes Gatekeeper alarms, receipt checks, hazard assessment, emergency escalation, and status reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome customers entering the Atlantic Superstore
- Provide exceptional support to internal and external customers
- Respond to Gatekeeper alarms and receipt checks
- Assess spills, wet floors, and other safety hazards
- Escalate emergencies and submit status reports
- Retail environment experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Ability to remain calm during high-tension situations
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
