Job Description

We're looking for a skilled technician to provide outstanding service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have electro-mechanical experience, superior time management skills, and a valid driver's license.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding service to our clients, ensuring their devices are working correctly and receiving top-notch service at all times.
  • Use electro-mechanical skills to repair devices, with training provided by certified instructors.
  • Achieve key productivity goals, including 5 gross calls per day, an efficiency rating of 50% or higher, and response time commitments between 2-4 hours.
Skills and

Qualifications:
  • Electro-mechanical experience, including using a multi-meter to troubleshoot electrical circuits and reading electrical schematics.
  • Superior time management skills and reliability, with a valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage.
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for over 50% of the workday.
Success in the First 60 Days:
  • Successfully navigate through our new hire training and complete technical training courses.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company and customer service culture.
  • Gain clear expectations in reference to call load, territory alignment, and client satisfaction.
  • Build a thorough knowledge base of equipment and inventory needs to support your territory.
