This role requires a strong background in Disability Case Management, along with managerial experience in complex cases. Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize and manage a complex case load effectively
• Implement strategies for return to work and injury prevention
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
• Conduct critical analysis for effective case management
Requirements:
• Relevant certification or degrees in HR or Social Services
• At least 3–5 years in Case Management
• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation Acts and labor processes
• Experience in unionized work settings
• Fluency in English required, French preferred
