Key Responsibilities:
• Coach Behavior Specialists with in-field feedback
• Conduct community visits for clinical fidelity
• Provide individualized parent education
• Monitor documentation and lesson plans
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Relevant ABA experience
• Reliable transportation
• 2+ years implementing behavior modification services
• Actively pursuing BCBA certification
