In this critical role, you will assess eligibility for rent supplements, manage benefit adjustments, and maintain accurate records in the Integrated Case Management system. Your ability to navigate complex cases and provide respectful communication will help individuals facing housing insecurity access stable homes. Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze eligibility information for housing benefits
• Manage calculations, renewals, and adjustments for rent supplements
• Set up new clients and maintain accurate records
• Manage a caseload and track deadlines efficiently
• Investigate discrepancies in income declarations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• At least one year in administrative or case management roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
