The Salvation Army Halifax Centre of Hope seeks a Housing Support Worker to assist clients in securing long-term housing and to develop plans addressing homelessness. You will support a caseload of up to 75 individuals, working as part of a team to provide intake, assessments and referrals.
Responsibilities include liaising with landlords, identifying viable housing options, and delivering client-centered services while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records.
