What you will do
Design, build, and test at all levels of the stack
Consider multiple perspectives like security, testability, maintainability, and performance
Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders across the company
Contribute to setting guidelines and good practices
What we are looking for
We’re looking for an early‑career software developer who’s excited to learn and contribute to building data management and system integration tools. You have a solid foundation in software development and an interest in how data flows through systems, from real‑time events to batch processing used in analytics and AI/ML workloads. You’re eager to grow your understanding of data quality, governance, and APIs, and you enjoy working with others to solve problems in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.
Required
Post‑secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent related discipline
4 years of progressive software development experience
Disciplined approach to software testing including unit testing and continuous integration
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to share ideas, explain your thinking, and work effectively with teammates
Nice to Have
Ability to use AI and modern development tools in day‑to‑day work, validating AI‑assisted code for correctness and fit while following architecture, security, and code‑quality standards
Experience with Dev Ops and automation technologies (Jenkins, Maven, Terraform, Ansible, Git Hub actions)
Experience working with major cloud providers (primarily Azure and GCP)
Ability to work in the cloud with containerization technologies (Kubernetes, GKE, AKS)
