Position Summary

We're hiring a Senior Developer with expertise in vibe coding—an AI-driven approach where natural language prompts generate functional code—to enhance our team's productivity and foster rapid prototyping. You'll lead complex projects, mentor juniors, and blend traditional coding with AI assistance for optimal results. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional passionate about leveraging AI to "vibe" ideas into reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Employ vibe coding techniques with AI tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, or similar LLMs) to translate high-level concepts and prompts into efficient, executable code using agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and iterate on solutions quickly.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices in security, performance, and maintainability, and integrate AI-generated code seamlessly.
• Mentor junior developers on AI-assisted workflows, prompt engineering, and traditional development methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues while experimenting with emerging AI tools to improve development velocity.
• Contribute to agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI-assisted coding.
• Proven track record in vibe coding: generating code via natural language prompts, refining AI outputs, and integrating them into production environments.
• Strong proficiency in core programming concepts, data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
• Experience with AI coding assistants, LLMs (e.g., GPT models), and prompt engineering for development tasks.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Django, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance AI efficiency and code quality.

Preferred Skills

• Contributions to open-source projects or personal portfolios demonstrating AI/vibe coding applications.
• Knowledge of Dev Ops tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
• Experience in full-stack development or specialized domains like machine learning, web apps, or mobile.
• Strong communication skills for explaining AI-driven processes to non-technical teams.
