As a QA Lead at Synechron, you will guide and mentor a team of QA engineers while executing hands-on testing and automation frameworks. You will be responsible for defining QA strategies, overseeing testing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and lead a team of QA engineers effectively
• Implement QA strategies and testing standards organization-wide
• Develop automated test frameworks with tools like Selenium and Cypress
• Conduct hands-on testing for critical features and complex scenarios
• Establish quality metrics and provide stakeholder reports
Requirements:
• 8+ years in software testing, with 3+ as a lead
• Expert-level Python programming and automation experience
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and version control
• Experience with API and performance testing tools
