We are seeking a passionate Research Scientist or Engineer with expertise in conditional generative AI.

Your role will include designing mid-training solutions, developing scalable captioning pipelines, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve model performance for multimodal tasks. Strong coding skills in Python and proficiency with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and evaluate mid-training editing approaches

• Own components of image and video editing experiments

• Build large-scale captioning pipelines for multimodal data

• Develop workflows for quality improvements and distributed training

• Document insights and collaborate with various teams

Requirements:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or similar field

• Solid understanding of generative architectures and editing methods

• Familiarity with VLM fine tuning and captioning pipelines
