In this role, you will lead the engineering efforts within the Virality & Activation team. Your ability to design scalable backend systems will drive user activation and retention metrics. You’ll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical design and feature launches independently
• Build backend systems that power user growth initiatives
• Implement effective instrumentation for new initiatives
• Conduct A/B testing to drive data-driven decisions
• Elevate team standards through meticulous code reviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or similar field
• Over 5 years of backend engineering experience
• Expertise in Python; knowledge of Go preferred
• Familiarity with MySQL and No
SQL technologies
• Proficient in A/B experiment design
