In this new role, you'll work within a collaborative team to develop innovative AI solutions that have measurable impacts. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and prototype GenAI agents for model activities
• Implement RAG-based solutions for knowledge discovery
• Develop and evaluate prompts and workflows for production
• Define and track evaluation metrics for GenAI agents
• Collaborate with actuaries to co-design impactful solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years in Python engineering with GenAI experience
• Hands-on experience with RAG systems and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops and collaboration tools
