Key Responsibilities:
• Own design and implementation of frontend initiatives
• Define the technical roadmap for borrower-facing applications
• Work with teams to develop user-centered solutions
• Ensure excellence in engineering practices and standards
• Mentor fellow engineers through collaborative sessions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related
• 6+ years of software development experience
• Strong background in React, Type Script, and backend technologies
• Proven experience delivering critical software projects
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
