As a Senior Associate, your leadership will drive the creation of high-quality data processing components across the software lifecycle. You will work with Architects to meet both user and non-functional requirements, ensuring your software supports demanding production needs. Mentorship and collaboration with team members will be key in resolving challenges while enforcing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build data processing software for Big Data platforms
• Ensure code quality through mentoring and leading by example
• Collaborate with operations to ensure readiness for deployment
• Evaluate technical implications during project discussions
• Coach team members on best practices
Requirements:
• Proficiency with FHIR and strong SQL skills
• Expertise in Java, Scala, or Python
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Databricks platforms
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processing techniques
• Familiar with automated testing and CI/CD practices
