• Oversee crew member tasks during your watch
Requirements:
• Canadian Watch keeping Mate certification required
• All necessary safety and specialized training certifications
• Strong interpersonal communication and conflict management skills
• Knowledgeable in vessel technology and operational protocols
• Authorized to work legally on Canadian ships
