TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is seeking a Full-Time Driver Supervisor in Halifax, NS. This leadership role focuses on mentoring drivers and managing logistics effectively.
As the Driver Supervisor, you will lead daily operations and provide on-the-job training for your team.
Your role is vital for ensuring that our moving services are delivered with safety and professionalism, enhancing customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise driver and crew operations daily
• Maintain high standards in customer service
• Assist with route planning and dispatch coordination
• Offer training and constructive feedback to staff
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and conditions
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean record
• Experience in transportation and logistics preferred
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs in demanding conditions
• Basic proficiency in computers and availability for shifts
