As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in tracking, handling, and delivering materials, tools, and equipment. Your key responsibilities include managing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and collaborating with project managers and foremen to meet project deadlines. This position is essential in preventing delays and ensuring that resources are available when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Handle all shipping and receiving of materials
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely
- Open and close work orders efficiently
- Perform quality inspections on returned products
- Collaborate with teams on material storage and delivery
- Secondary school diploma required
- Experience in warehousing and logistics
- Proficiency in tracking work orders with technology
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lb
- Good communication and organizational skills
