Join Oberland Agriscience as an Inventory Coordinator in Halifax, NS, ensuring efficient material flow and accurate stock management. Focus on shipping, receiving, and maintaining operational efficiency.

In this role, you'll oversee all shipping and receiving tasks at Oberland Agriscience, a sustainable black soldier fly larvae farm. Your expertise will ensure inventory accuracy through inspections and counts while collaborating with production and quality teams. This is a hands-on position that directly supports the organization’s mission of sustainability in our circular economy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming shipments and orders

• Safely unload and organize materials in the warehouse

• Prepare and label outgoing shipments accurately

• Conduct routine inventory counts for stock reconciliation

• Communicate with teams to enhance departmental efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience in shipping and warehouse operations preferred

• Knowledge of shipping documentation is a plus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to operate forklifts and handle weight
