Logistics Coordinator at Intelcom Dragonfly

Drive logistics success at Intelcom | Dragonfly as a Dispatch Line Haul Coordinator. Oversee connections between distributors and sorting stations while enhancing operational productivity.

In this role, you will coordinate work between our clients, distributors, and sorting stations while resolving operational conflicts. Your expertise in transport and logistics will guide our network’s growth, allowing for improved costs and benefits. With your leadership skills, you'll research potential partnerships with new transport suppliers and establish effective communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate connections between distributors and sorting stations

• Manage pick-ups with clients and distributors

• Resolve operational conflicts throughout the network

• Analyze network productivity with the support team

• Participate in network growth and improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in transport and logistics

• Deep knowledge of short and long-distance transport

• Excellent understanding of Canada's road network

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure

• Effective communication and leadership experience
