Position: Transportation Supervisor for Delivery Operations
Lead the dedicated delivery operations at HD Supply as a Transportation Supervisor. Supervise drivers, ensure safety compliance, and optimize routes for efficient delivery.

In this vital role, you will manage the delivery driver team, ensuring adherence to safety, hazmat, and DOT standards. Your leadership will guide the team through training, routine vehicle inspections, and route management. By supervising deliveries, you ensure effective fleet operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and train delivery drivers for optimal performance

• Ensure safety and compliance with all DOT regulations

• Manage delivery routes for cost efficiency

• Oversee routine inspections and maintenance of vehicles

• Coach drivers during route evaluations for ongoing development

Requirements:

• BS/BA in a related field required

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in transportation

• Certifications may be preferred

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Willingness to travel occasionally
