Position: Dispatcher at Home Hardware St. Jacobs
Become a Dispatcher with Home Hardware in St. Jacobs, Ontario, coordinating timely deliveries and optimizing routes. This role requires strong transportation knowledge and excellent communication skills.

As a Dispatcher, you will work closely with the Manager of Transportation and Maintenance. You will be in charge of outbound shipment coordination, managing routes, and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations. Successful candidates will excel in a fast-paced workings, able to prioritize effectively while collaborating with teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate outbound shipments and assign drivers

• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations using Samsara eLogs

• Maintain routing information in the Transportation Planning system

• Schedule inbound gate appointments for trailers

• Support KPI tracking and reporting as required

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of transportation industry experience

• Knowledge of Home Hardware procedures preferred

• Strong computer navigation skills;
Manhattan TP&E experience a plus

• Familiarity with Ontario and Quebec road networks

• Excellent communication and time management skills
