As a Casual School Bus Driver, you will be essential for the safe transportation of students in varying road conditions. You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain passenger discipline, and assist with the registration of bus students. This position, reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, demands attention to student safety and requires a clean driving record and relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate school buses safely under various conditions

• Conduct pre and post-trip inspections daily

• Report mechanical defects promptly

• Maintain student discipline and conduct emergency drills

• Clean and disinfect the bus regularly

Requirements:

• Grade 10 education or equivalent

• Minimum Class 2 Driver's Licence with Air Brakes

• Clean Driver's Abstract required

• 2 years recent bus driving experience preferred

• Pass Vulnerable Sector Criminal Records Search
