Distribution Center Driver Position

Join Albert Uster Imports as a Distribution Center Driver in Gaithersburg, MD, and ensure timely deliveries of gourmet products. Your contributions will be essential to maintaining high quality and safety standards in a collaborative environment.

As a Distribution Center Driver, you will be responsible for not only driving but also picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately. You will report to the Distribution Center Manager and work a shift from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., four days a week. Attention to detail and effective communication are vital to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders

• Adhere to food safety compliance and quality control standards

• Expedite all shipments efficiently and in accordance with customer needs

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse

• Participate in inventory cycle counts as needed

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience

• Proven delivery driving experience

• Forklift certification preferred but not required

• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 75 lbs occasionally
