As Dispatch Coordinator, your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations between clients, distributors, and sorting stations. Utilize your knowledge of Canada’s road network and transport logistics to resolve conflicts and analyze productivity. Collaborate with the support team to improve network efficiency while establishing strong communication and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee connections among distributors and sorting stations

• Coordinate pick-ups with distributors and clients

• Resolve operational conflicts effectively

• Analyze productivity costs with your support team

• Research and submit proposals for new transport partnerships

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in transport logistics

• Solid understanding of short and long-distance transport

• Strong knowledge of Canada’s roadways

• Proven organizational skills and leadership experience

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
