Operations Service Associate

Position: Base Operations Service Associate Role
Step into the Base Operations team as a Service Associate for an autonomous ride-hailing company in San Francisco.

Your role will focus on maintaining fleet integrity through vehicle upkeep and operational support.

As a Service Associate, you will facilitate the cleanliness and readiness of our vehicles, assist in managing spare parts inventory, and support the driving team with various testing needs. This full-time position requires strong multitasking abilities and teamwork to maintain operational standards and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure vehicles and work area are clean and operational

• Provide logistical support for spare parts

• Perform routine vehicle charging and software launching

• Document vehicle conditions and assist during test operations

• Support Base Ops technicians in their tasks

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of work experience in a similar role

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and utilize moving equipment

• Valid driver's license with excellent record

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Pass all necessary background checks
