As a Commercial Driver, you will manage a heavy-duty vehicle on residential, commercial, and recycling routes while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations. This position is crucial for maintaining Athens Services' commitment to sustainability through safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips
• Address spills and maintain clean working areas
• Follow route assignments and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with Route Supervisors to improve efficiency
• Uphold safety standards and wear required PPE
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Class A or B Driver’s License
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must adhere to all DOT regulations
