This position at Cando involves operating equipment for the loading and unloading of various commodities. You will engage in regular inspections, ensure proper railcar equipping for hazardous materials, and communicate effectively with operations teams.

Your role will include maintaining a clean and safe work environment while completing daily reports and logs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate loading equipment safely and efficiently

• Inspect and test equipment for safety compliance

• Ensure railcars are ready for customer products

• Communicate with operations for product transfer

• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment

Requirements:

• Experience in railcar loading preferred

• Ability to work in variable weather conditions

• Physically fit for heavy lifting and maneuvering

• Familiarity with technology, including Excel and Outlook

• Willingness to obtain CROR certification
