Join Webber as a Civil Crew Labourer, responsible for maintaining essential infrastructure in all seasons. This hands-on position involves snow removal in winter and repairs during summer.

Under the guidance of the Capital Works Supervisor, you will maintain contracted assets such as bridges, culverts, and roadways. The role requires operating various tools and equipment for repair and maintenance activities, ensuring safety and compliance with standards. Commitment to emergency responses and adaptability are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate snow removal equipment during winter

• Clean and maintain bridges and culverts in summer

• Set up and remove traffic control as per regulations

• Transport crew and equipment to work sites

• Participate in emergency response rotations as necessary

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required

• Minimum three years in bridge/road maintenance

• DZ driver’s license with a clean record

• Basic math skills and effective communication

• Ability to adhere to safety protocols
