Join Fed Ex as a Flexible Delivery Driver, providing timely delivery while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role includes flexible shifts and a chance to shape your own hours.
Fed Ex is seeking a Flexible Delivery Driver to deliver packages efficiently on predetermined routes. You will review orders, load and unload the vehicle, and deliver directly to customers. A valid Class 5 driver's license is essential, along with good organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely package delivery on specific routes
• Load and unload delivery vehicle efficiently
• Review and confirm orders before delivery
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Manage time effectively while multitasking under pressure
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must hold a valid Class 5 driver's license
• Bilingual in French and English if residing in Quebec
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
Deliver efficient service and foster client relationships while representing Fed Ex.
