In this position, you will ensure operational efficiency by conducting timely driver debriefs and auditing shipments for accuracy. This role also entails effective communication with drivers and colleagues to enhance overall performance and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person and mobile driver debriefs upon arrival
• Audit shipments and address discrepancies accurately
• Verify compliance with debrief tool checkpoints
• Review invoices through OPMS/Debrief tools
• Manage scanner distribution, repairs, and troubleshooting
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in transport industry preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
