Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and retrieve fishing gear, nets, and traps

• Handle, sort, and store seafood while ensuring quality

• Maintain cleanliness of the deck and equipment

• Perform routine maintenance on gear and vessel

• Assist with loading and unloading catches at port

Requirements:

• Previous deckhand or fishing experience preferred

• Able to handle physically demanding tasks at sea

• Comfortable working at heights and on slippery surfaces

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Knowledge of fishing equipment maintenance an asset
