Reporting to the Deicing Operations Manager, this role requires close coordination with staff and ground support teams to uphold safety protocols and streamline operations at the de-icing facility. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining operational efficiency and superior service quality during deicing events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Model and promote a learning safety culture
• Oversee daily operations to comply with standards
• Assign work to deicing personnel and equipment
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly
• Manage communication regarding aircraft movements
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience in aviation or operations is an asset
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and operational certificates needed
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
