Drive confidential document routes for Access in Halifax, using wireless scanning technology and customer service skills while maintaining secure materials.
As an Access Transportation Specialist, you transport, maintain, and process confidential documents for client locations. You load vehicles, complete work orders, communicate with supervisors, and help ensure clients receive attentive service. The position is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Key Responsibilities:- Load and unload vehicles with documents, bins, and materials
- Deliver and collect documents using wireless scanning technology
- Process daily incoming work orders and rush orders
- Submit accurate, legible driver paperwork every day
- Maintain an organized vehicle and communicate potential issues
- Valid Class 5 licence with clear driving record
- Required air brake endorsement
- At least one year of driving experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Lift boxes and materials up to 60 pounds
