SHIPPER / RECEIVER / WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE — approximately 5 hours per day, must start at 8 am, in person at Halifax Regional Municipality.

• Manage warehouse, receive items physically and in ERP system.
• Prepare job packs for projects.
• Maintain inventory of small miscellaneous parts.
• Pick up and deliver inventory in vehicle (driving required).
• Organize warehouse – sort inventory by project or job; help load vehicles with technicians.
• Process RMA’s (returns/defects).
• Assist cleanup on job sites.

• Must be located in Halifax Regional Municipality currently.
• Must be able to multitask and manage time well.
• High energy, self‑starter with strong sense of urgency to complete tasks.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities in a quick‑paced environment.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn our business management system; experience with an inventory system.
• Robust written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to move and lift heavy boxes.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour, permanent position.

AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred).

Warehouse: 2 years (preferred).
