Responsibilities:
Safely operate Crown Reach and/or Raymond Reach forklifts to pick, place, retrieve, and store pallets at various racking heights
Transport, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
Perform accurate put-away, replenishment, stock rotation, and inventory movement
Use RF scanners and pick lists to locate, scan, and process inventory and customer orders
Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments with a high level of accuracy
Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities
Load and unload trailers while ensuring products are properly secured
Complete daily forklift inspections and report any equipment concerns
Follow all company safety standards, warehouse procedures, and PPE requirements
Maintain awareness of pedestrians, equipment traffic, and warehouse hazards
Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient
Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as required
Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and performance goals
Qualifications and Skills:
Valid Crown Reach Forklift Certification required
Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating reach trucks and/or order picker forklifts
Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is an asset
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Reliable, dependable, and self‑motivated
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and safe equipment operation
Ability to meet productivity targets and key performance metrics (KPIs)
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
